Common questions

My widget does not show in the car

Car screen widgets need iOS 26 or later and a car or head unit that shows them. On your iPhone open Settings → General → CarPlay → your car → Widgets, then add the widget from there.

My sound does not play

Connect and arrival sounds run through an iOS Shortcuts automation. Open the setup guide in the app and make sure the automation is set to run immediately.

The disconnect sound plays from my phone

When the car turns off its audio first, the sound can only play from the iPhone speaker.

Cancel or refund

Purchases are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings, and request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
