Terms of Use

1. Using Carvibe

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use Carvibe on your Apple devices. For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies, and Apple's terms prevail on license conflicts.

2. Drive safely

Set up widgets and sounds while the vehicle is stopped. Do not use Carvibe in a way that distracts you from driving.

3. How it works

Car screen widgets and sounds depend on iOS, your car or head unit, and the Shortcuts app. We cannot guarantee they work with every setup, and iOS updates can change them.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the photos and audio you import and must have the right to use them. They stay on your device.

5. Premium

Premium is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly subscription, through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

6. Brands

Carvibe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or any car brand. Report copyright or trademark concerns to support@alcstackdev.com.

7. Liability and law

The app is provided as is, to the extent allowed by law. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to AlcStack Dev as the provider.
